If a factory defect is detected, the product is sent back by the buyer with a receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card. After inspection and confirmation of the defect by the company's technical specialist (up to 6 days), the cost of delivery to both sides will be compensated by the company.
Non-returnable or exchangeable goods:
- With damage during installation or dismantling.

Conditions for returning goods
The term of return of the product from the moment of its actual sale in the online store is 14 days.
