If a factory defect is detected, the product is sent back by the buyer with a receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card. Conditions for returning goods

The term of return of the product from the moment of its actual sale in the online store is 14 days.

How to return the product:

  • Contact the online store manager and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Specify how convenient it is for you to exchange/return the product.

Shipping cost:
