Radiator with TATA cover for diesel engine GZ 195N, brass is the main part of the liquid cooling system of internal combustion engines. Designed to increase the heat exchange coefficient of the coolant with the external environment. The high-quality part is made of brass, the slight increase in the cost of the product is more than offset by high technical characteristics, long service life and high maintainability. The tubular heat exchanger is protected from mechanical damage by a sheet metal body coated with a layer of enamel to prevent corrosion. The metal cover reliably protects the contents of the cooling system from debris, dust and foreign objects.

If a factory defect is detected, the product is sent back by the buyer with a receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card. After inspection and confirmation of the defect by the company's technical specialist (up to 6 days), the cost of delivery to both sides will be compensated by the company.

Non-returnable or exchangeable goods:

  • With damage during installation or dismantling.
  • Accepted for installation before checking the characteristics of the ignition system, coil and parts, voltage regulator relay, electrical network.
  • Which has undergone constructive deformations during the installation process (transformation of the shape of the product, change of material properties, trimming, grinding, etc.).
  • Without original packaging.
  • In a different configuration, unlike the one in which it arrived to the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods

The term of return of the product from the moment of its actual sale in the online store is 14 days.

How to return the product:

  • Contact the online store manager and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Specify how convenient it is for you to exchange/return the product.
  • Specify the required method of refund to the manager.

Shipping cost:

  • Both sides are compensated by the company when the product is returned due to an error by the online store employees - reordering , incomplete packaging.
  • Both parties are paid by the buyer upon returning the goods in good condition.

A product that has malfunctioned as a result of improper operation or installation is not subject to return/exchange.

How to protect yourself from receiving goods damaged by the TC

When receiving the goods in the TC department, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging and all contents.

Use your right to demand a certificate from an employee of the transport company, if you discovered:

  • Torn packaging of a parcel or container.
  • Acceptability of the parcel or its deformation.
  • The presence of traces of a fall or impact.
  • Signs of other interference.

List the identified deficiencies in the document. Contact our store manager and describe the situation. The transport company is responsible for the integrity of the cargo.
