Warranty conditions for factory defects

The warranty against factory defects is valid from the moment of actual sale of the product. Warranty period for categories:

If a factory defect is detected, the product is sent back by the buyer with a receipt and a correctly filled out warranty card. After inspection and confirmation of the defect by the company's technical specialist (up to 6 days), the cost of delivery to both sides will be compensated by the company.

Non-returnable or exchangeable goods:

  • With damage during installation or dismantling.
  • Accepted for installation before checking the characteristics of the ignition system, coil and parts, voltage regulator relay, electrical network.
  • Which has undergone constructive deformations during the installation process (transformation of the shape of the product, change of material properties, trimming, grinding, etc.).
  • Without original packaging.
  • In a different configuration, unlike the one in which it arrived to the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods

The term of return of the product from the moment of its actual sale in the online store is 14 days.

How to return the product:

  • Contact the online store manager and indicate the reason for the return.

Shipping cost:
